Looking at the world's cooperation and countries' struggles to preserve the environment. By this, I can say despite of our differences in race, development, and war, we still have something binding us together and that is preserving our environment which is actually the major source of our lives. I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. Also a good leader should listen to the voices of those that they lead and incorporate their interests and opinions in the decision-making process. ( read more)
